Qualified Manager

Mr. Sikich is a graduate of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Academy (LASD) and a retired Deputy with 14 years of investigative experience.  During his tenure he has performed all duties required as a Deputy Sheriff including watch deputy, dispatcher, patrol deputy and training officer.

Mr. Sikich's last assignment was in the Lancaster Sheriff's Station’s Special Investigation Detail.  Responsibilities include case detective on all types of felony cases, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, and crimes against persons and property. His use of suspect/crime correlation techniques cleared a high volume of cases.  Identifying suspects and organizations involved in criminal conspiracies through the use of advanced covert operations and gathering data and evidence to bring cases to prosecution with enhanced sentencing was his specialty. Through the use of local, state, and federal databases he acquired information and monitored activities of local known offenders and supervised persons. He was required daily to use advanced investigative techniques for open cases and utilized the crime analysis cycle to evaluate and identify crime trends and patterns.

As a deputy sheriff, he has made thousands of arrests and investigated thousands of criminal and civil matters.  He holds a Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Certificate issued by the California Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST).

Mr. Sikich has testifyed in Superior Court thousands of times and is recognized as an expert in the field of narcotics for sale.  He has received commendations from the State of California, City of Los Angeles and the County of Los Angeles Board of Supervisors. (1996) he was voted Deputy of the Year by the Valley Community Legal Foundation. (1996) and received a Congressional Letter of Recognition. (1996) The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department issued several service commendations. (1991 – 2004)
